Many people seek therapy when they want support navigating challenges, improving relationships, managing stress, or gaining greater self-understanding. If something in your life feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck, therapy may be helpful.

Yes. I currently provide therapy and supervision services exclusively through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Virtual sessions offer flexibility while maintaining the same level of care and connection as in-person services. To protect privacy and confidentiality, both you and I will be located in a quiet, private space where we can speak openly and without interruptions during our session.

Payment is accepted through all major credit cards. I currently accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shiled (VA), Ascension (SmartHealth), CareFirst BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, Kaiser, United Healthcare, Medicare (MD), self-pay, and additional insurance plans. Before your first appointment, your insurance benefits will be verified so that you have a clear understanding of your coverage and any anticipated out-of-pocket costs.

For clients using self-pay, sessions start at $140 per session. A limited number of sliding-scale spots may be available on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a concern, please feel free to discuss your needs during your initial consultation.
